InterServer was established in April 1999 as a web presence provider. Over the years our company has expanded it's product line to include dedicated servers, colocation and managed services. In 2006 InterServer built out our own datacenter in Secaucus, New Jersey. With our exceptional service InterServer is the leading choice for many online operations today.

I fully trust the Interserver support… I fully trust the Interserver support team. They have helped me for more than 7 years, and, from there, we have been able to grow a lot. It is an excellent service, they solve any type of requirement. If they cannot do it due to coverage or scope of the contract, they give you instructions so that you can resolve it, but they ALWAYS help you to continue with your work. I love you guys!

Still MAJOR issues After 4 months After 4 months, nothing has really improved. I am still struggling every day to get email. I believe that it might be a security issue. I have had over 2000 email to my info@ email address. All are slightly different, but it could be that whoever is sending them might also be trying to login to my account with brute force. Today, I deleted that email address to see if that will resolve the issue. One would think that after 4 months, maybe InterServer would do a more thorough investigation to find out what is causing this issue nearly every day. It isn't me... I know my password, so if it is brute force, maybe they can figure out a way to stop it. But I have NEVER had these problems with any other hosting provider and I have used 4 in the past. A month has passed, so no refund is possible, meaning I either continue to waste hours a week on the phone with tech support, or switch companies and hope the problem doesn't follow me.

Choosing Interserver and Migration I was very satisfied with the follow-up when I migrated my solution to Interserver. I was some less satisfied that I did not get specific answers to my questions. I had to figure out a lot about myself. I was also not satisfied with the price presentation when I chosed Interservice. This may be due to my own fault, but when it says 2.5$ per month (30 per year) it is not good to understand that this should change to 80$ after a year.
