In the end, it worked! I ordered a package for a new logo for my Twitch/YouTube channels. The logo was presented to me with full ownership rights. In addition, I was provided some extra logos from the review process as compensation for delays. My only critique is that they did spend a lot of time trying to get me to upgrade to other services that are not applicable to my needs.

THIEVES / SCAM Please be careful, they are a gang of thieves. Over a year ago I paid them to create two websites and a logo for me. They started by saying that everything was going to cost around $2500. Once I paid them, they did not want to give me the legal documents that confirmed the registration of my logo, nor the credentials for me to manage my websites. Supposedly because there were additional applications that had to be integrated before they would handle that information . Today June 14 I have already paid around $7000 dollars and they still do not want to give me anything concerning to manage my website. The websites are live but I can't use it.

Misled about the final cost I am happy with my new logo, but I was misled about the costs. I chose the $79 package which included "100% ownership rights", but then they charged me another $84 for a certificate of ownership. Also be ready for the hard sell from their compliance department for registering the trademark.
