DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! I've been working on a project that utilizes the BuddyBoss platform and LearnDash to create an educational/social platform. I've invested over two months and purchased numerous plugins to build content, courses, and gamification features. Eventually, my offline site started crashing due to plugin conflicts. I needed a reliable company familiar with the platforms I was using to sort out these issues. That's all I was asking for. I chose WooNinjas because they offered phone consultations. Despite their steep quote of $1,850, I agreed just for the peace of mind and to meet my launch timeline. After paying half ($975), the problems began. They sent me weekly emails claiming "DNS issues" and billed me for 5-7 hours of work. I clarified that the DNS settings were correct and that the real issue was plugin conflicts. I even bought additional hosting and invited them to work directly from my WordPress account. Long story short, it's been nearly a month, and nothing has been accomplished. They keep promising that my site will be ready in 7 days, but all I see are generic WordPress pages in their screenshots, not the content I spent over 70 hours creating. To add insult to injury, a person named Zee had the audacity to offer a 50% refund if I wasn't satisfied. What a joke! I've wasted a month, $975, and countless hours on emails and calls. Stay away from WooNinjas!

Untrustworthy team... I purchased the LearnDash Certificates plugin from wooninjas.com on July 6, 2023. I have not received the download file, let alone the license to activate. On the wooninjas website it said that my order was pending, but I had already paid with a credit card. So I reached out but got no email responses. Support only responded a few days after I requested a refund via 2Checkout. They said they hadn't seen my order on their website (Congratulations on the organization). They claim that info@ is not the right email to contact. But it is from this email that I received the order confirmation on the website. The same email is also disclosed for contact. After much effort, wooninjas acknowledged the fault and asked me to cancel the refund with my bank. But as of today, July 21, 2023, I still haven't received the amount back. If you need a reliable plugin with support, I don't recommend Wooninjas. They have a serious communication and organization problem.

I LOVE WooNinjas and all products I bought from them. We had a custom built plugin that did what the Multi-question category plugin does, but it was by a developer who wanted to charge us a butt-ton of money any time it broke. They never updated it without us asking/paying. And it just never worked well. I was DELIGHTED when I saw WooNinja's version. It's FAR superior. It's easy to use and, well, just WORKS. And if there are any bugs, the team at WooNinjas actually fixes them! It's amazing! I love this product AND the team who works on it. 10 out of 10.
