Overall, I encountered some issues that were not satisfactorily resolved, and I hope this feedback will help improve your service. I purchased three proxy subscriptions that were supposed to automatically renew on the 14th of this month. I had prepaid my account with sufficient funds to cover the subscription costs. Unfortunately, despite the funds being deducted from my account, the subscriptions were not extended. Furthermore, I was not provided with any new proxies or alternative solutions at this time. I contacted your support team and received a response stating that they are awaiting a reply from the "internal team." However, it has been five days since then, and I have not received any further updates or a resolution to the problem. This delay and lack of communication have left me dissatisfied. I appreciate your service and have previously relied on its reliability and quality. However, in light of this incident, I am somewhat disappointed and expect a swift resolution to my issue. I am confident that you understand the importance of this matter and will take the necessary steps to restore my proxy access or provide appropriate compensation. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and assist you in improving the performance of your proxy service. I am leaving this review in the hope that you will address this problem and provide me with a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your attention to my concerns. CAProxiware stole money from my account… Proxiware stole money from my account and I have no idea who these jerks even are. I just woke up one morning and they robbed my bank account so how they got my credit card is beyond me I am gonna charge them with fraud
