see above Date of experience Aug 2023 _ Dec.2023 Customer Service and Website Help, I have experiencd different interactions with employees of Logo Chemist for services I requested. One employee who stands out is Jonathan has a calm demeaner and always try to help me as soon as needed. He corresponded with me by E mail, Text messages and WhatsAPP. He gets me to others who can help me when he thinks he is unfamiliar with a problem he cannot resolve. He taught me how to resolve issues myself using good teaching skills and expertise. All these interactions go very well because he is knowledgeable when he can help. I have worked with him for a few months and it is a pleasure to give him good reviews.

Shady, untrustworthy, no skills having I am so frustrated with this company if that's what they are. Paid 1500 for SEO and to build a web page for 1 item. The SEO is slightly done but it leads to an absolute pile of garbage website that a 5 year old wouldn't order free candy from. I've asked for a refund in a few occasions. Looks like Richard quit, it's been 3 months and I've quite literally just been ripped. I'm sure most of the above reviews are in the middle of the process or the exception to the rule if it's good. I want my money back as I still have not received anything that was promised, have been lied to, ignored, and just plain treated like crap. Hope this helps as many people as possible
