Guaranteed 2 hour refund. Nope Guaranteed 2 hour refund. Right. I tried them and 3/4 of the proxies were not functional. Tried with auth ip and without. Emailed within 45mins and got a response a day later. They asked if it was really their proxy. I sent a screenshot with some details and no longer received responses. Proxies are not rocket science. Would not have been hard for them to say "sorry about that, here are some different ones to try".

The rotating proxies aren't functioning… The rotating proxies aren't functioning properly, there's been no response regarding the refund. Additionally, there are inexplicable double payments or invoices on the account. Cannot recommend the service. Kindly issue the refund, and once resolved, I'll delete the review, as communication seems to be an issue. Ben
