This is my first purchase This is my first purchase and hope I get a great experience, checkout was fine, had issues using PayPal and then with credit card but third time was a charm.

Exceeded expectations Everything went beyond my expectations. Put in my order over the weekend, they shipped the package early on Monday. Had a problem with USPS stuck on reporting that they were waiting to receive the package. Decided to get in touch with PerfumeBox's customer service to ask them to check whether there was a problem on their end. They replied very quickly and confirmed everything was OK with the order and I should receive the package soon. Sure enough, USPS finally updated the tracking information a few hours later and the package was delivered the day originally estimated by PerfumeBox when I put in my order.

Their customer service is pretty much… Their customer service is pretty much non-existent. They don't respond to any questions about you order. They also don't have a phone number to contact. My order has been in the same location/status (shipping label created) for 15 days. I've sent them multiple emails for assistance the last 6 days.

Great Purchase the perfume box did a great job of getting my cologne to Me on time like they said. And the box was well wrapped so it would not break as well as it being in perfect condition. Cologne smells amazing thank you perfume box would definitely buy from here again.
