Outstanding Work! our organization focuses on merges and acquisitions. As we acquire new ventures, we see a lot of IT infrastructure that isn’t very organized or well put together. Lots of manual processes and other operational deficiencies. We have leveraged fieldforce for all our capital projects and ongoing support. By nature of our business, many vendors solicit us and try to earn our business. Like most companies who have a need for next level support, a lot of vendors can promise but come short on delivery. Our experience with FieldForce has been one I would say is more of a unicorn. The strategic approach to every project we throw at them, whether its mobile apps, cloud integrations, IT services and support, we don’t have enough good things to say about the relationship with them. Anyone in search of a provider such as Fieldforce, I highly suggest taking a look at this company. I have referred many of my professional colleagues and all have equal feedback.

As a business of 51 employees and… As a business of 51 employees and pre-covid, the rush of everyone going remote and serious infrastructure overhaul to accommodate remote working, this company was key on understanding our needs and difficulties and most certainly our time constraints. Like most, pre/mid covid no one knew what to expect, how long to expect it, etc. FFS provided solutions and explained all it’s benefits and associated costs. Very transparent process. The company has proved themselves to be a reliable and trustworthy vendor. As an owner, I want nothing to do with tech stuff. I can only assume I am not alone in this feeling.
