Smooth service & great quality products I've ordered several times from Glow Atelier, and each time have had a smooth delivery and enjoyed the products that I've received! I've been introduced to new Korean skincare brands through Glow Atelier, and there are bundles that make the shopping process less intimidating. They're also quick to respond, as I have emailed them with questions concerning my order, and have received prompt responses.

Manual and video are useless I am writing a second time because yes, your device contains instructions for how to turn the device on and off, settings, etc., but nothing that precisely states how to get results and your video is no better. What is needed: (Examples made up by me) For brown spots on leg, use device on leg setting on automatic and place on spot as desired intensity 5 times in succession every other day for a week. Similar, specific and complete directions are needed for hair removal, etc.

Love! I’ve been ordering since the company began. I do like that Glow Atelier is coming out with their own products (I’ve bought them all and will continue) but I do miss them having Korean skincare available! I will continue to support this small business. Super fast shipping too!

Safe at Home IPL Facial!! I am new to the IPL facial device so I'm excited to see my results in a few months. I haven't found any other product like this that works for fading dark spots and killing acne. I really like the packaging and still keep the IPL in the box it came with. The facial oil is very soothing. I find i only need 2 drops as it's a bit heavy but very moisturizing.

I have never been able to use the item… I have never been able to use the item I purchased! Let me repeat, it has never been used so you should be able to exchange it for another one because it never turned on. As a small business you should be doing everything you can to make your customers happy. You should back up everything you sell. I will do everything in my power to let everyone know how you conduct business.
