GBTo White Market Order #6949782 - No merchandise, no refund To recap: I ordered merchandise in January. I never received it. I emailed on Feb. 5 and again on Feb. 21. They did eventually respond to me on Feb. 28, saying the item sold out right before I ordered. I don't believe that for a second. Why would they not have notified me? Why was the order listed as "Canceled" on the website? On Feb. 23 I was offered a refund to my debit card in "1-7 days." The debit card I had used was canceled due to a fraud attempt, so I asked them to use Venmo. On March 15, they said they could use Paypal. I gave them my Paypal ID. It's now April 14. Have I received my refund? Have I heard one word from them? I think you can guess that I have not. White Market is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM I didn't lose a fortune, but even $40 is more than I can afford to throw away right now. Update: Shortly after posting my latest review, received a reply from White Market. They said that since the card I used for the purchase was canceled, they couldn't refund my money to a card. They said that if I gave them my Paypal email, they would send the refund there. I must point out that I told them my card had been canceled back in February, and on March 15, I gave them my Paypal email address. There is no reason why they couldn't have refunded my money by now. It's just another delay tactic.
