High pressure sales Service was quick and we got the support and logo we wanted. However the high pressure sales tactics was super annoying. I contacted them for a quote, and someone called or texted me every few minutes until I got back to them with my decision. I almost didn't use them just for that reason. You get ownership of your design, BUT you have to pay extra for the certificate. Everything was extra and an upsale beyond the original quote for services.

I had never had a website built before so everything was very new to me. I was unprepared and didn’t do much research on what what goes into it but they was very patient with me as I worked through everything and even gave suggestions to help which definitely did.
