What a F****g scam the Norton Shopping… What a F****g scam the Norton Shopping guarantee is... at least for peace of mind. One should NOT consider this a guarantee that you are shopping at a legitimate commerce site! The site I used claims they guarantee money back, but on day 31 they said "sorry Charlie" and Norton only covers first 30 days.

I was supposed to receive a rebate on a lower price match I was supposed to receive a rebate on a lower price match but after several weeks with nothing I contacted them. Very slow to respond and after verifying my address said a new check would be issued. It has now been another month with no refund and almost another week with no response after I attempted to contact them again. Initial approval was dated Dec. 20, 2022

Doesn't do anything Had a package from DHL which was never delivered so I filed a claim with Norton. Unfortunately, because DHL has claimed that it has delivered the package, the guarantee does not cover the product any more.

The Norton Gurantee really works! I purchased my firearm from a reputable Gun store company on the layaway plan. Upon returning to the site to log the firearms information for my records (less than 2 hours later), I discovered the price had dropped by $49.50. Upon complaining to the gun store about the discrepancy, I was informed they could do nothing for me but to utilize the “NORTON SHOPPING GURANTEE”.
