Time to go to Jeff Rosen, the District Attorney of Santa Clara County and the city of San Jose to report fraud. All of this is in writing back and forth with Ethan who promised in writing a return of $644. I have dealt with Sean, Paul and customer service who are all well aware of my paying the company and the problems. This company is not recommended. They have not worked accurately or in a timely manor. They have failed to return a promised $644. The bank is having to force a return causing an enormous amount of work and effort. This has been a wasted 11 weeks. Non existent customer service from my experience. Ethan will sell you and give his personal guarantee that is not worth anything.
