Additional points to add from my experience... Just wanted to add that they had never been professional and punctual. They agreed to the meeting time but either always late, or never show up but only half-heartedly apologized for the absence afterward. Again, it is a bait-n-switch company. Don't take the bait and you WILL regret it. Find a local American company who has the track record that does the solid website for you. It would be a much safer bet, than go with this cheap bait (initially) but untrustworthy company.

This "company" is a scam This "company" is a scam. Do not believe what they are trying to sell you. I asked for examples of websites that they have designed and when I called those companies to confirm, none of the had ever heard of Design Craftic. When I asked for a refund they said they would refund my money100% and then sent me a fake 'receipt'. I am still waiting for my refund. When I try to call them, their phone has now been disconnected. Do not trust these scammers.
