Jodie (from customer service) kept in touch until the issue was resolved , when I then reorded. The wig arrived very quickly and was packed with the utmost care. I was so pleased with the service I recieved that I have just ordered a second wig.

GBThe topper was “okay” but I would never… The topper was “okay” but I would never wear it. I thought I was ordering human hair and this is synthetic. The part is not natural looking. I was expecting a more natural look for the price. I sent it back.

GBSuperlative all around! The customer service from Wig Studio 1 is incomparable. When part of my order was unavailable due to a website error, they contacted me promptly, refunded the price of that item, and even gave me a $10 credit by way of apology. I couldn't be happier.

GBThe color of the wig doesnt match the pictures The color of the wig is totally different then the picture. Its more ash blonde then anything. I was wanting a honey, buttery blonde. The wig is way to thick on top it looks ridiculous. The part on the left is annoying as the long bangs are CONSTANTLY in your eyes and face. It looks ridiculous! I haven’t even took the tag off of the wig because I want a refund! How do i go about getting my money refunded?
