Responsive Cloud-based hosting control panel company The willingness of the CEO, CTO to help solve a clients issue and to personally get involved to help ensure success. I involved the Cloudstick team to help simplify the management of some of my web application servers. They needed to customize code to work with my back-end host (not on their list of supported hosts) and to work with my customize web app. They've been great. I rarely need to involve them anymore, but recently when I had an issue with a Cloudflare SSL certificate renewal, the CEO reached out to help.

They'll force to upgrade. My website is not accessible now. It was all good during the trial period. But the issue starts when you are on the free plan after the trial. In their plan detail page Manual SSL feature was listed under Free plan also. But you'll realize you cannot install an SSL in any way after the trial. Your site will become not accessible. They'll force you to upgrade to their paid plan. If they don't offer SSL in the free plan, they should mention it properly so that the customers don't face such issues with their hard work done on their website.

Inherently, a software app developed by a full-fledged technical support team, has excellent, prompt and polite support. The intuitive interface is quick and smooth, finding the management features I need to use. Team functions are a really asset, allowing me to offer access to customers for their specific servers and apps. Loads of unique features in the offering, and we're looking forward to experimenting with web3 technologies on the Cloudstick system. Worth a try for sure.

We have servers on Linode, Vultr, and AWS, and logging in and out of each platform can be time consuming and a drain on our personnel resources. Now, with Cloudstick, I can see the status of each of them at a glance and intervene immediately when there is a problem. Great software, great company!
