My experience with Sea-Kind was averge My experience with Sea-Kind was averge. In general, I had no major problems when dealing with them. However, it wasn't the best shopping trip I ever had. To begin with, their selection of products is a bit limited. On top of that, customer service is not very helpful and responses can be slow. All in all, it's a ok place to go to but not somewhere I'd go out of my why to shop at. My overall rating of Sea-Kind would be moderate.

Sea Kind is the best! Sea Kind products are amazing. I use the shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, and the whole face care line. The body lotion goes on nicely without feeling greasy and moisturizes my skin as well as if not better than other lotions. The night cream is thick without being heavy and feels light on my skin. The anti-aging serum is like magic in a bottle. I have received compliments on my skin lately so I know it's doing something right! Sea Kind's customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond. I will be a customer for life.

I love your products, lose the plastic bottles! PLEASE I love your products, I've been using them for over 5 years now. I give them as gifts and turn my friends onto them. My biggest concern is the blue plastic bottles. I would hope that with your concern for the environment and the fact that your main ingredient is coming from the ocean, you would consider use glass for all your products. Also the pump steam isn't long enough on the lotion bottles and I have to lay it on it's side to shake the rest out, in order to get every last drop. It would also be awesome if you could offer your lotion in bulk to cut down on waste in our precious environment. I am fortunate that my local health food store has a large bulk department. Unfortunately they run out of the lotion on a regular basis, so I decided to order direct. Which I'm looking forward to continuing to do.
