Worst experience with a vendor, ever! Our first and only experience was for a large order of SAS disk drives. Everything about the experience was bad. From the ordering process, through the payment process, to fulfillment. How these people have so many 5-star ratings is puzzling. Nothing about the people we interacted with was professional. Mistakes were made, by them, at every turn. Completely incompetent. Never again.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED I ordered NEW hard drives from their website and they shipped USED hard drives (shipped from Ebay sellers!). Received the items in home made style packaging with insufficient protection. Refused to accept a return and to waive the restocking fees. Terrible business practices, got tired of calling and emailing them again and again, will not order from this company ever again.

Slow processing, slow response customer service, advertise more stock than they have. We ordered 7 Drives from ALLHDD.com on an UPS express Delivery which cost an astonishing 280USD for what should cost no more than 60/70USD with UPS. it took them 4 days to even process the payment, to then make up several excuses about why the stock could not be shipped after 4 days by which time this should have already been delivered. Failed testing, then they were out of stock. At least 3 different customer representatives never got back to us how to resolve the issue or about ordering alternative parts. First and last time we will shop with them.
