Terrible servers - false advertisement. Terrible servers. The website boasts about being one of the top competing minecraft server hosts - bragging about the packages it offers, hardware/software used to run the servers and other minor things to advertise themselves better than they actually are. Bought a server, spent several hours transferring world files (as there was no up-to date guide supporting the user). After all this, it didn't take long to figure out that the servers were absolute trash. Constant lag, couldn't handle two or more players and the only solution to fix this was to revert to a version between 1.12 and 1.13. They blame official MC servers to be the cause of lag, when other hosts clearly don't have an issue supporting 1.14 updates. They don't offer what they say. Don't buy from this host. Simple.

Avoid this company! BeastNode does not engage in transparent, good business practices. I was under the impression I was purchasing a full server and not just a host. I contacted customer services, but never received a response. They received money from me and I did not receive the proper services in return. It is a waste of money and feels a lot like a scam.

Beastnode is a great service provider… Beastnode is a great service provider who provides an incredible amount of freedom and quick customer service. Although I only bought their cheapest plan, they still treated me as a valued customer whose opinion was appreciated. However, their dashboard is a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. It took some time for me to crack my head and I still ask for help from time to time. Most of my problems are solved within a low 2 hours! I would 10/10 buy from them again and would recommend to anyone, veteran or beginner, looking to start a Minecraft server.

Great support Great support, replies are almost instant and is very detailed. They take care of everything and give recommendations when asked for. Our server was lagging too, I've just asked why and they explained me in a clear way that 1.13.2 version of the servers are not optimized properly, using Spigot version would give better experience and bunch of other information. I did apply them and it actually works amazing now, if you have a problem just ask. Their staff is friendly, is willing to help and solve your problems. Looking forward to work more with them!

Got my first server from them 4 years… Got my first server from them 4 years ago the server never had any lag, Always Online,And great support techs. Now im here again 4 years later with another server from them and its the same way as before, thats should say something about a business, Well managed and always helping out their clients
