a few hiccups, but a fast server I originally wrote a scathing one star review because I thought I was scammed, however it turned out there were just a few problems. The first was that even though I tried to pay with bitcoin it was flagged as fraud, which is clearly an error. They fixed this manually. The second was that the first vps I bought did not autoprovision. Again this was an error not malice and TNAHosting fixed this without a few hours. Now that I can connect and see this is a real service I fully retract what I wrote before - these were just unfortunate hiccups in the process. Also note that I purchased a very cheap low-end service offering - this shouldn't matter, but sometimes it is possible that cheaper services will have less attention. Customer service was friendly and professional.
