I recently had a horrendous experience with a company named Web Designer Pioneer, and I feel compelled to warn the public about their fraudulent practices. Web Designer Pioneer claims to offer cutting-edge web design services at unbelievably low prices. Unfortunately, what they delivered was far from professional. The website they created for me was riddled with errors, had poor functionality, and looked nothing like the sleek designs they showcase on their portfolio. and delivered the website on testing hosting server then blocked it and force me to pay $800 once l refused they took the website away from me and blocked me from communicating with them and took the huge amount of money l paid them. To make matters worse, once they received payment, their customer service plummeted. Communication became nearly impossible, and my attempts to address the issues with the website were met with excuses and delays. It became evident that Web Designer Pioneer was more interested in taking money than delivering quality service. I later discovered that I wasn't alone in this experience. Numerous people have reported similar issues, and some have even fallen victim to hidden fees and unauthorized charges. My advice: Steer clear of Web Designer Pioneer. If a deal sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Do thorough research before engaging with any web design company, and, in this case, avoid Web Designer Pioneer at all costs. Don't let their flashy website deceive you – they are nothing more than a scam. Protect your time and money by choosing a reputable and reliable web design service instead.

Unprofessional and disappointing experience. I had requested a custom-built WordPress website and paid $700, but instead, I received a concept made with a $59 Gwangi template. When I asked about this, I was assured that changes would be made according to my requirements. However, the website was never built with my domain name, and all I received were test links to view concept ideas for the site and logo. If I had wanted a $59 template, I could have built the site myself. Those using this company should be aware that their site may be built with a template. On April 8, 2023, I discovered that my admin login page had been changed and that my admin username and password were not being recognized. I later learned that my domain had been transferred to an unknown server or hosting without my authorization, even though we had only agreed to build the website. I suspect this transfer caused me to lose access to my website. There were alternative methods available to them to build the website without interfering with my hosting account. In light of these developments, I requested a refund, but my refund was denied. Despite David Anderson's promise to provide me with new login information, I still have not received access to my website admin. Also, I was initially assured that my refund was guaranteed within 30 days, but he has not followed through on this promise. I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and honesty displayed by Webdesignpioneer.com and its company Branding Studio Incorporated LLC. Overall, my experience with this business was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope that my review will serve as a warning to others considering using this company.
