GBDISCOUNT NOT HONORED A "system glitch" offered a discount that your company did not honor. In the interest of good customer service, you should have given the discount. I made a much smaller order than I had planned to and ordered products from a different company instead of Auraline. My orders are small, so I know it probably doesn't make a difference to your bottom line, but this is something that will consistently make Auraline my last choice when I need to expand/sample.

GBBad liquid lipstick formula The formula the company has chosen for the Matt lipstick are very bad. They are too drying and create crack on the lips. I have worked with other companies that have better quality of Matt lipstick and auraline Matt lipstick quality is not at all good.
