Never again Never again Ordered first time. Ordered on the 6th April came on the 12th April. 2 items were not delivered. Couldn’t get hold of phone number provided. Sent an email,text and what’s app message on Saturday got reply on Tuesday. When I explained about 2 items then she said you can have a refund. It took 2 weeks to deliver. Not happy with service.

However, I did find that communication from the company could be improved to assure the customer that their order had been received, an approximate delivery date and via what method.
