CA1-800- contact not explanatory The initial phone call was not explanatory about the return process. I lost valuable treatment time securing the refund paperwork @ Costco. Would have been helpful had I received the directive email sooner.

GBI bought the Silk'n Jewel Hair Removal… I bought the Silk'n Jewel Hair Removal Device and it has not changed my hair growth at all. I am light skin with dark hair so pretty much the perfect candidate and it still does not work and the device doesn’t work half the time even on the second setting it will just click a few times and turn off even though I am very light skinned and should be able to use the second setting no problem. This device is bogus don’t waist your money on it

CASuperb Custom Service: I emailed in Sunday which I of course… I emailed in Sunday which I of course; knew the company would be closed. I received an acknowledgement early Monday morning and within 30 minutes I had a response from shipping that the adapter was being shipped. Now that’s service, great Customer Service. Thank you.

CAExcellent customer support Customer service support was actually helpful. I ordered extra brushes online and they arrived in a timely manner. I am still getting used to using Silk'n product, but so far, my teeth feel very clean and by the way this device is very gentle.
