However, the order was shipped from Brazil, took 13 business days to arrive, and when it did, the product was almost 1/4 missing, with the bottom cracked, likely due to going through Customs. Honestly, I won't be ordering from this site anytime soon. If I have to deal with damaged and delayed products, I'd rather go back to my previous supplier, where the product is literally half the price of Keratin. Their 3kg Dream Cream is CAD$69, while, converting USD to CAD, Keratin's Dream Cream ended up costing almost CAD$133. I learned the lesson. Never again.

The website itself is ok; easy to navigate and visually pleasing. The delivery process was smooth and the items arrived in good time and condition. Overally it's a satisfactory experience, but nothing beyond that.
