If she is trying to make sure I never do business with her, she is going about it the perfect way.

After everything they've done I thought that was more than fair. We had a classic case of scope creep where we thought we would have a project that would take a few months and the project just expanded and expanded into something we're still working on. Baires was less than thrilled with how much the project changed but stuck with us through it all, brought in additional resources and has gone the extra mile to get our project off the ground and over the finish line.

It also casts doubt on the research quality claimed by Mr. Douglas, given the inaccuracy of his assertions about our company's status and needs. I advise BairesDev to re-evaluate their marketing and data collection practices to ensure they are compliant with privacy laws and more respectful of the professionals they contact. Assumptions about potential clients and unsolicited emails are not the basis for a trustworthy business relationship.
