GBExcellent support and service Excellent support and service. Been using them for close to a decade now and have laughed whenever someone suggests moving providers. I've gotten FAR better service and saved a significant amount from a custom developed implementation vs using something like AWS.

The tech support is prompt and most-often immediate! I would highly recommend this company and ESPECIALLY in the I.T. world which has its fair share of questionable or even nefarious folks.

GBMy experience with tech support was… My experience with tech support was great. You guys are the best. My only issue is that I wrote to my account manager and didn't get a reply. The problem was solved, so perhaps he intervened, but it would have been nice to make contact as our previous contact with Performive is now dead.
