The support has been excellent The support we've gotten from Performive has been excellent. Our only issue is in billing, it would be nice if all products were on a single statement that could be paid once a month.

More than 2 days to provision a VPS So far it's taken them 2 days and counting to provision a VPS. The last response to our question of when it would be done was 24 hours ago: "I will check this and update you shortly." This is my first and last experience of this hosting company and I can't recommend anything about them as their prices aren't even competitive.

Performive is great to work with. Performive is great to work with. We have had a server with them for many years with no problems. When we need help with something they respond quickly and are able to fix the issue quickly. our other server was with another company that gave us 10 days notice they were shutting down and going out of business. We contacted Performive to set up a second server in a location across the country from the existing one. They took care of everything and had it set up and moved well before the deadline. Their support staff is amazing. They guided us through a few modifications we needed to make in order to get everything set up so it all works properly. Very happy with the service.

Faultless and then some I was previously with Reliable Hosting who were then taken under the wing of Performive, Reliable were as their name suggests Reliable, uptime was excellent, server was stable, support the best in the business by some way. Since being with Performive having changed various details (almost all done by performive) I've found the entire process as seamless as it gets. All in all, I'm happy and then some.
