Primcast offers A+ service and products I have nothing but great things to say about Primcast. The support staff is super patient. I've honestly sent them over 30 requests in one day to which they responded to all in a timely fashion and were very helpful. My account manager is awesome! He responds quickly and helps me figure out what I need for my business. I've tried other server companies in the past and NONE, I repeat none offered the quality of customer service that Primcast. Once I received a response to my inquiry to another company's support staff with an "idk." Needless to say, I never did business with that company again. If your looking for high quality dedicated servers from a good quality company, definitely choose Primcast.

NOT RECOMMENDED 0. They promised they will configure my server in 2 weeks but it took them a month. 1. They invoiced me several days too early 2. They didn't inform me about the invoice. 3. After few days they send me an email that I have unpaid invoice. 4. I contacted them immediately (15 minutes). I asked why they invoiced me too early. I was waiting for the answer while they turned off my production server. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED.
