PHThe worst store I've been in The worst store I've been in. They will never give up selling to the point where I already felt harassed. They will offer free sessions but with each session they will push you to buy something rather than take care of your skin and get value with what you paid. Just go to belo or aivee clinic that provides customer care and gives value to what you paid for and not just concern about getting your money

AUKedma - outstanding products. KEDMA have been in Stockland’s Nowra for 3 weeks, the 3 team members are respectful but they also have great knowledge about their products. The products speak for themselves, the hand cream is undoubtedly the best hand cream I’ve used. The magnetic face mask is totally something else, if you can afford it, it’s the bees knees. I highly recommend KEDMA products.

GBMy package never arrived My package never arrived. I am out quite a bit of money, Fedex says I am liable as there was no signature required and they won't tell me where they delivered my package other than it went to a town I don't live in. Kedma hasn't been able to obtain any information to help me in over a month since I should have received my package. I won't be buying here again.

GBLifting serum. Normally I love this company and its products. However one product, the lifting serum has not satisfied me. The gel itself is ok. But the bottle neck and nozzle is not. I have bought this product twice 2 years apart and have experienced the same problem. And this is that the ‘gold’ plating around the neck and nozzle immediately ( on first use) starts to flake off so on application of the product I have had tiny gold flecks dotted under the eye area and once they are with the gel they are difficult to remove. ( I do not want these flecks to get into my eyes). I emailed their customer service and they refunded the cost of the product and apologised for the problem.

AUKEDMA online service is poor KEDMA has high quality products but its online order service was poor. Can’t tracking goods properly from Australia app called SHOP which isn’t a streamlined with their America tracking system. Service team responded to my request was slow and only can tell me their America tracking link which doesn’t help at all. Disappointed with the service otherwise I will be their long term customer.
