Bad Experience Site is not easy to navigate through. Product is completely different than that which was in the store (store was out). No way to communicate with anyone regarding a return other than email. Definitely will not be shopping with Juvias.com nor am I interested in exploring their products in store anymore!

Great products and customer service I ordered the reds and berries lip gloss bundle, a grape flavoured lip gloss, the brownie lip liner and the nubian earth lipstick in Morocco. Loved the products in my order! Initially had some items missing from my order but they quickly resolved it once I made the query and provided evidence. Incredible customer support from their team!
