I've used ZZhosting for a number of… I've used ZZhosting for a number of years now and I stick with them because they do provide excellent service. These days it's hard to find a company that actually responds to your question without first making you jump through the hoops called canned responses but ZZhosting stands apart from these companies by actually providing you with a living, breathing human being to answer your questions & help fix any issues that may arise. I've always been dealt with quickly & fairly by the company & their support team and that's why I continue to stick with them. The transition this week went very smoothly which is also something you don't see too often, especially when tech companies are involved.

Payment Problems - Fixed After adding my credit card info, I tried paying the invoice. I kept getting the message "Statement Descriptor must contain at least one alpha character." I worked with the Support people, and they were able to fix the problem. It's good that they were quick to respond and address the problem.
