He even took it in his stride when it was being explained to him about the problems we had had, as he could have taken it, that the anger was directed at him. Absolutely awful customer service Absolutely awful customer service. The only way to get to someone that *might* be able to answer your question is to wade through "Tier 1" support who know absolutely nothing and just read out of a manual that you can reference yourself. We made a huge mistake going with Verizon Connect.... trapped in a contract.
