GBthe equipments/services never work. the equipments/services never work. Stay away- they lock you into a contract because they know nothing will work and they will be cancelled.

He even took it in his stride when it was being explained to him about the problems we had had, as he could have taken it, that the anger was directed at him. GBAbsolutely awful customer service Absolutely awful customer service. The only way to get to someone that *might* be able to answer your question is to wade through "Tier 1" support who know absolutely nothing and just read out of a manual that you can reference yourself. We made a huge mistake going with Verizon Connect.... trapped in a contract.

AURosscos Pizza The system has achieved exactly what we hoped it would and that is to install a culture of respect for our vehicles. It is fairly simple and logical to follow and any issues we had in learning were quickly addressed by our assigned team member.
