terrible customer service and with retaliation terrible customer service!! I changed my server to better one and it took more than 40 minutes. They rebooted me the server twice and the second one without warning me having all my systems open. They mess up all my systems, I lost trades and money for me and my clients. They did not apologize at any time. They only gave me 10 usd and told me "any further replies will be closed." The servers can be cheap but in the end they are expensive because of the bad service. It is true that everything cheap is expensive. After do this comment, they have taken away a 40% discount for a year that they give to all customers except me , but it must be that they do not respect freedom of expression. What will be next? With this all is said about this client service IT IS NOT A BLACKMAIL AT ALL. Just a description of what happened. You never apologized for your mistake, it took more than 40 minutes to install a server, the second reboot you did it without warning me, your compensation was 10 usd which you took from me and when I expressed what happened, you, in retaliation, took away a 40% discount for a year that all customers have except me.
