The dialog improved substantially from then on. Charged my card multiple times without… Charged my card multiple times without my consent, for non-existent projects, even after multiple requests to close and delete my account. Project managers/customer success is a mess. Dashboards for tracking project progress and billing are broken. Can't see projects or time logged by developers. Unable to remove my card on file so it keeps getting charged.
