My teeth were getting shockingly stained My teeth were getting shockingly stained from drinking tea. Getting your teeth whitened by a dentist is ridiculously expensive, so I decided to try Auraglow. I was amazed at how fast it works, after 2 days, the stains were much lighter. I have no doubt that with continued use, they will be gone. The customer service is great, I had a question and they replied the next day.

Excellent service after product stopped working I had a previous version of Auraglow's Deluxe Home Kit with the battery-operated light unit that stopped working. Despite being older, it hadn't been used very many times and battery replacement did not current the problem. I reached out to Auraglow and was promptly contacted back by Dale from their customer service. He requested a few pieces of information and by the next morning, he had one of their brand new rechargeable light units being shipped out to me as a replacement. Some companies would simply say it had been too long, here's the cost for a new unit, or "Sorry, that happens." It's nice to know some companies are still willing to improve and stand behind their products.

I love this product I love this product! Ordered the 35%, the first 2 applications left a bit of my gum edge sore. So I went to every other day for a week. Perfect! No sensitivity and I can see the difference. I'm using the trays that I had, and tossed the gel that wasn't giving me the whitening that I wanted. So easy to use. Will definitely reorder!

SUPERB!!! SUPERB! EXCELLENT! A few terms that sum up my experience with customer service. My daughters cat destroyed her cable charger on a Friday… I sent email explaining the situation and honestly expecting no reply. MONDAY MORNING, not only had Dale replied, he said that a new cord will be in the way! It was already shipping by mid Monday morning! This is the BEST service I’ve received in YEARS!!!! Thank you and we are customers for life!
