Excellent customer service I ordered from The Fragrance Sample Shop and received my order well packaged and on time. Unfortunately one of the spray bottles would not work correctly. I emailed the company and received a very quick response. They not only offered to send a replacement sprayer at no charge but gave me a coupon to use for future purchases. Jonah in customer service was very pleasant and prompt. I enjoy doing business with people who care about customer service. This experience definitely makes me want to go back for future purchases. This is my go to fragrance samples shop! I pretty much stumbled on this website and very happy I did. The idea of sampling niche MENs cologne appeals to me. This company has a great selection and the website is pro. I have purchased from them several times and intend to continue doing so. The products are shipped and delivered quickly in very nice glass decants. If you are in the market to buy authentic cologne or perfume samples, this is the place I highly recommend.
