I found this website to be extremely helpful when trying to determine what sizes to discuss with my PS. Therefore, I want to share my stats, before, and after with the community here. So, as mentioned, I’m 31. 5’3” tall and 120 lbs

I am 32 years old I am 32 years old, not married or any children and I work in fin tech. I decided to get breast implants not so long ago, as I realized that just joking about how small my breasts are all the time was just means to let out frustrations. I was not comfortable with having breasts so small, more than this, I think that feeling like maybe I am less feminine than other women has affected me on a deeper level than I have realized until recently. I think that I used to push men away with a too masculine attitude, despite the fact that I was always trying to wear feminine clothes and it was rare to find me in anything than a dress or skirt. My first meeting with Dr. Cortes was short and seemed a bit like sealing a business deal. He explained what happens during surgery, what implants he recommends and why. This after measuring my body, he asked a few things about my lifestyle, but I didn’t fell like we connected on a personal level. I don’t know if it was him or me, but he has been recommended as the best of the best and after seeing pictures of his past patients it was very clear for me that he is the one to do my surgery. One thing that maybe was a turn off about the consultation was that he asked about children, if I want to get pregnant. It felt like an intrusion in my personal space, it is a very delicate topic for me. He explained that he asks about children and pregnancy because the results of the procedure can be altered if I get pregnant. Because of the hormonal fluctuations and the weight fluctuations, the breasts might become saggy, even after surgery. And there was also the breastfeeding issue that he mentioned, the milk production being limited if implants are too big. Anyway, it felt very awkward him talking about all these things, for me it was like from another life, from another planet. Didn’t make any sense. I mean I understand that he only did it so I was informed of what can happen, but it was certainly not my concern at that moment. Two months after the surgery my breasts were just perfect, proportionate to my body, completely natural and so inviting. I think I become a completely new person after getting my breast implants. Dr. Cortes is a great Dr. and his support after the surgery was priceless and highly appreciated. I am glad I ended up having the procedure with him. I recommend Dr. Cortes to all women who want to have the bust of their dreams.

Six months ago I had an hourglass tummy… Six months ago I had an hourglass tummy tuck with dr Cortes. The surgery went all well, no complications and I left the hospital in about four hours after. It was all good, until the pain started to be more intense. After the effect of the anesthetic and pain killers were gone, the pain was pretty bad, but I took the pills prescribed by the doctor and it was better then. I couldn’t sleep too well on the first night after the surgery because I was used to sleep on the tummy and this is not recommended after the tummy tuck, but soon I got used to the new resting positions. Before the surgery I didn’t know that I am supposed to walk with the back bent not to put pressure on the incisions and also to sleep with the knees bent. Also, I can tell you it is much easier to get off the bed if you keep a few pillows under your back. The first days can be quite a challenge, at least this was my experience, but in time you get used to things and it gets easier. It was about two months or more until I could walk with the back straight and sleep on the tummy. The swelling was gone by this time and the tummy was like I wanted. My procedure was successful and now I am committed to keep a good diet and exercise from time to time to sustain the results of the intervention. I was pleased with how Dr. Cortes managed the procedure and my recovery period. I can say that he is very attentive to the patient’s needs and quick to answer all requests. You feel looked after at all times and this is important because I heard that many doctors forget to answer their phone after the surgery and this would have scared the hell out of me. I recommend dr. Cortes, he is amazing at these hourglass procedures that he invented. Just look at the results of other patients and you will see what I mean.

What was really special about my… What was really special about my experience with dr. Cortes was that it made me feel valued and important in a time when I felt everything but this. I was during a divorce that didn’t seem to ever end but just sucked all the life force out of me, day after day. I was in a bad place, feeling bad and unwanted. Undergoing plastic surgery was the best thing I did for me and probably the only thing that actually did manage to get me out of the dark place and heading towards the light. The recovery was ok, but took about three months after my hourglass tummy tuck with breast implants, but it was not bad. After the surgery I got the courage to be myself and do what I wanted and never looked back ever since. Now I’m sure my ex regrets his decisions, but I certainly don’t regret mine!

I have been flat as a board my while… I have been flat as a board my while life so a boob job has ALWAYS been the plan. Lol. And now that I'm done having kids the time is finally finally here! Hooray! A natural look is of most importance to me. I'm thinking somewhere in the 210 to 240 range?
