My ordinarry experience with… My ordinarry experience with Estaderma.com was no-frills. It's just avernge. Nothing remarkable. No exeptional customer service, no diferece. The website was quite baisc and navigating around it was OK. Prices weren't shabby either. There was no promos or discouts avaible though, so you just pay the standerd price. Al in all, pretty run of the mill situatin. Won't be going back.

Estaderma is my all time favorite! I've been shopping with Estaderma for at least over a year. The customer service is amazing. They are so kind in emails when I ask questions. Their recovery is fabulous. Out of about 10 of my orders, they made a small mistake and provided immediate options, including paying for all shipping to send the item back. Everyone makes a mistake now and again, but when a company goes above and beyond to make it right it really reflects excellence. This is my absolute favorite of this type of company. Love Estaderma!

Legit 100% Legit, 100%. One of the best if not the best. Customer service is responsive and shipping is speedy (quicker than Amazon lately). They have also posted a number of informative videos. I find them quite helpful and provide much information about their products and their uses. The videos are obviously professionally done. Esta Derma’s prices are usually the best and they have sales often; as much as 35-40%. S Korean beauty products are in high demand for a reason. I have ordered several times; never a problem. A nice company.
