GBI loved how fast my order came I loved how fast my order came; I also appreciate how well their customer service team communicated when there was a tiny issue with one of my items being out of stock. Right away, they noticed me and offered a replacement. Five stars!

GBHonest review customer service was great and shipment was fine besides the tracking system and not having a clear track of my order. I only had one broken item and one item missing from my count of inventory, other than that few hick ups I would say my overall experience was fine.

GBI did not like the usps delivery… I did not like the usps delivery method. It was not how I expected my previous delivery. The box was small enough for a mail box but I had to wait days to go to a post office. It was a bit stressful experience as I am currently juggling both school and work hours..
