Product doesn't work, Support not as advertised. The product analysed my disks and found files to be recovered and displayed them with the correct size in the preview, the product required purchase however to recover the files. After purchase I attempted to restore the files found by the software to an External Hard disk, to my local hard disk and to an FTP server, every time the files recovered were 0KB in size with no data. I paid an extra £13.48 + VAT for "Priority Support" it took their 24/7 Support team over 18 hours to respond. Clearly not as advertised. The support teams response was that the files could not be recovered and I should have "tested" the software before purchase?

Software it does not working and the… Software it does not working and the support team is not responding. I bought a license and it worked fine, it is a good software. But suddenly the license was deactivated and now it tells me that my license key is invalid. I try to write to support team and google says that Hetman's email address is blocked because it is blacklisted. I have written from the form on their website and I have no response. It doesn't look good.

Brilliant - recovered vital lost data… I had a USB stick with some vital data on it When I tried to open this Windows stated that the file format was RAW and USB was empty. I tried everything I knew including chkdsk /f etc. Eventually I downloaded The Hetman software. It took some time for the software to be able to analyse the USB but after working though the steps the instructions suggested I was able to recover two absolutely vital files of Data backup. True the software is not that cheap but in my case when the alternative was to fly someone out from the UK with replacement data it actually was a total and absolute bargain! Thank you so much guys - Brilliant software!

A few months after purchasing and using HPR, I needed to use it again, but the new version rejected my registration key. The support staff were very quick to respond and provided immediate help to get my new instance working.
