SCAM! SCAM! REFUND MY MONEY! I am truly annoyed that I have to do this because this is the first business that I had to rate bad repeatedly. I placed an order since April 15th Ladies and gentlemen we in may now and I still have not gotten any update or tracking number for my order. When I try to contact the U.S number that they provided on their website, it was a textNow number meaning they downloaded an app for customer to contact, it is not an official number and you can only text(customers can be blocked from texting or they can delete the app to create another number). I texted the number about my order and I was told that it has delivered in a USPS office instead of my home address, whoever that is also told me that I needed to go to my local USPS office to get it. I was patient enough to go there and ask if they got my order, I got to the post office only to figure out that my order had been delivered to a different state (ARKANSAS). Keep in mind my home address is no where close to the state that they delivered my item to. I contact the U.S number again and their response was “ Shipping can be longer, just be patient”. I haven’t been patient for almost two months?? Why was my item delivered in another state?? Why don’t you have an official phone number?? Even after the inconvenience they have caused me they had no remorse for what they have done. I asked for a refund because I don’t want the item anymore, their response was “ Unfortunately we don't refund if the order is in transit!”. Yes that response was directly from our chat, they used the exclamation mark like they what they did was justified. I am the last person that would want to ruin anyones business/company but I won’t allow any one rip me of my money. This is Fraud and I am not done with this matter until Meeky refund my money to me. I am writing this so that anyone reading will shop with them at their own risk, I have no reason to lie and I am sure they will try to give me a reply with no remorse as usual. All I want is my money meeky, you can keep the item to yourself. If you are reading please advise them to give me my money back because I AM NOT DONE WITH THEM YET! REFUND MY MONEY!
