GBI think it would be nice if you had… I think it would be nice if you had given an estimate for how long it would take to get my repair done. I didn’t know it was a week or I may have tried elsewhere. Also expected the laptop would be at least wiped down after repair, but it was not.

GBI was in town for a couple days I was in town for a couple days. While I was here some water spilled on my laptop. They had me back up and running in less than 5 hours.

GBTook longer than I thought, but happy overall They fixed my laptop after another company told me it wasn't "fixable" so very happy. I wish I knew how long it would have taken beforehand so i could have planned better for my website work, but they fixed it so i'm happy. thanks and keep up the great work team
