GBCheck them out!… I really like being able to check out these high end scents for a fraction of the cost. Customer service has been great as well. They're always quick to respond, and I had one issue so far that they fixed without hesitation. I highly recommend checking them out.

GBEasy ordering and A++ customer service! I have ordered a few times already and will order again. Based on other reviews I was prepared to wait awhile to get my first shipment but it wasn't slow at all! My second order arrived smelling amazing which I quickly realized was because one of my samples had leaked out completely. I sent a short email noting the issue and they immediately sent out a replacement. First class customer service is very important to me. I highly recommended Scent Decant!

GBQuality and Service Was excited that even the smallest sample come in an atomizer (it’s hard to use edps without it) and the whole ordering process was smooth and quick but that’s not why I’m really writing the review. Several of the samples came spilled (not their fault it happens) and they sent me a replacement so easily. Very happy with the customer service experience!

GBI made my order 7 days ago I made my order 7 days ago. I emailed to ask what was taking so long and they replied with the same order tracking link that hasn't changed since I placed my order and told me to wait another 48 hours (2 business days). This is for 2 samples. I need to wait 7 business days before they process my order? I ordered these a week and a half before vacation hoping they would arrive before I left and they won't have even packaged them for shipping yet.

GBAuthentic I’ve ordered about 16 different samples from here, all authentic. This was such a great business idea. I don’t live close to Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom, so it’s hard for me to know how these different colognes smell. I’d much rather pay a few dollars for a bottle that I get 15 sprays out of opposed to $400 on a 1 ounce bottle of something I may not like. I’ve had four samples come damaged or missing and I informed Customer Service and they send new samples without hesitation. My recommendations would be packaging up the samples better to avoid damage, keeping attention to detail when packing an order and doing a rush order on missing items to keep customers happy.
