Both order attempts, I had added something to my cart and it got removed because it can’t ship to my address. So disappointed I didn’t get some of the cooler colour gel sets. Aside from that, I am looking forward to receiving my order.

I love the polish I love the polish, but I’m uncertain on how to use the tubes of polish. Instructions would be helpful. I bought the sets because my granddaughters nail tech did my nails with your product and because I live 8 hrs away, I have not found a tech locally that uses your amazing products. Do not purchase direct The website offers absolutely no way to cancel an order. I reached out several times to the Support email provided only to be told that it was too late. The items had been shipped. Per the tracking "label had been created" but the items had not been handed to DHL. The agent replied that they would refund money only if there was an error on their part or a damaged item. Definitely do NOT purchase direct from the company.
