Best customer service I’ve seen in a company. Time and time again, I have received excellent (and I mean top-notch) customer service. Geologie never fails to make it right, often going above and beyond to make sure everyone is on the same page. Very happy customer!

Geologie is a scam While the products are merely average their customer service and return policy are horrible. They will not return unopened products and will remind you that "you entered into a contract." Only a scammer would behave this way. Avoid them. UPDATE After posting this review we got a harassing email telling us why we are wrong. This is the behavior of a predatory company rather than one who is concerned with customers and their reputation. Read all their terrible reviews across multiple platforms.

The customer service always gets back… The customer service always gets back to you when you need help. The team at Geologie is very friendly and helpful in resolving the few issues you may not even experience. I am also a big fan of the simplicity they bring to skincare as a guy who is usually too busy to delve too deep into the science of skincare. Geologie makes it simple and great. My skin hasn’t been clearer at any other point in my life than after years of sticking to a geologie routine. Highly recommend this natural product and hope to see more products like maybe a body lotion from them in the future.

Really like the products Really like the products. Like how you have the option of signing up for a subscription or purchasing products al a cart. Also being able to order from Amazon is nice as well.
