INIt works! Hello, This is Praneeth. I have been using geologie from the past 2 years and I must say I have seen real changes. For people giving any sort of negative feedback, I urge you to wait for few months to see real changes, as any new active ingredient used can some irritation for a week or 2 before adjusting to the skin. I am seeing great results with clear system, hydro gel moisturizer and clay mask.. highly recommended!

GBI want to return an un-opened order- Updated- refund issued by Geologie *Update below* I want to return an un-opened, un-used order, that I received yesterday, but I have not been getting any responses, I left voicemails and emailed the customer service and also contacted them through chat. Horrible customer service! *Update: After I submitted this review, geologie customer service reached out and asked me to donate/get rid of the products with proof for a refund. I handed the products to my upstairs neighbor, took a picture and shared her email with geologie as proof. Within a couple hours, I received a refund. Thank you geologie for hearing me out! and I appreciate your willingness to accommodate me!

GBThis is an excellent product This is an excellent product. I've been using the 3 stage skin care line for over a month and my skin is clear and it's prevented further breakouts. I've tried a lot of products and Geologie is the only acne product that actually works. I would definitely recommend.

GBCustomer service tries everything but the obvious Customer service tries everything to help you be satisfied aside from the obvious solution when a product burns your eyes and skin…a refund. Continuously asks for a photo to show the irritation which is something I’m not willing to do. Don’t mind the face wash and retinol lotion but the eye cream is not for me. Will likely cancel subscription since they do not guarantee satisfaction or offer refund when you have a negative reaction as most other major cosmetics companies do. Update rating to 3 stars from 1: after several back and forth emails, customer service did finally provide me with store credit for the item that irritated my skin. I recommend starting with the sample size of everything you my want, which I did not. That way you don’t have to beg for a refund. I will continue to use the 2 items that work for me.
