Ordered my lashes on December 4th Ordered my lashes on December 4th, and they arrived within 4 days. I had an issue with an item being mistakenly ordered and requested it to be removed as my order was still unfulfilled. Customer service handled the issue quickly and sent an updated purchase receipt. I have not applied the lashes yet but they look beautiful!

These lashes are AMAZING!! These lashes are AMAZING! I've tried lashes that were supposed to last "10 days" before, and they didn't last longer than two, and I've gotten these to last two weeks! Customer service has been great when I had a delayed order, they were so helpful and wonderful to work with, and they even have a Facebook Group with helpful tips that has been a lifesaver. 100% recommend these lashes and nails!

Scam, I’ve been waiting 2 months for my order I ordered nails more than 2 months ago. Guaranteed ship date of September 10th and still haven’t even been shipped. All I’ve been given is excuses and false claims of “it’s on the way”. All the reviews on the website are fake or they do not show reviews less than 5 stars. Hundreds of 5 star reviews and ZERO 1-4 stars? Unlikely. I wish I read the actual reviews on Better Business Bureau and never ordered from this scammy company.
