Speedy Customer Service! I received a free sample in the mail and, when I opened the product, it had some sort of mold, or mildew, inside the packaging, something I've never seen in any other beauty product I've used within the same category of products. I took pictures, but I didn't even have to provide a picture. I emailed to say I had an issue with a sample, and they express shipped a brand new item, no further questions asked! While I am suspicious that they didn't want further information (making me assume they are used to this complaint?) I appreciated the speed in which the situation was handled!

The websote seemed nice enough and the checkout process was smooth and strait forward. So I can't complaint about that. But it was nothing special. All in all, its an alomost good service then nothing more.

To be frank, the products could have been better and the service could have seen some improvemenr. I espcet better when investing money and this didnt meet that xceptation. The prices werr a bit too high too in my opinion. On the plus sied I suppose they arw friendly and it was okay interacting wih them.

Sample turned life saver My sister let me try her skin care sample over a year ago and I have been a customer since. I had an accident that resulted in about 75% of my face being 2nd and 3rd degree burnt so my skin has been extremely sensitive since, and this brand has been the only solution that works for me and keeps my skin happy. I’m forever happy for Higher Education 💜🥰
