I took VPS hosting services from them 1 year back and I never encountered any server crash issue instead of high volume of traffic in my website. The server speed is up to date untill now. Absolutely NOT recommended !! Totally ridiculous choice for reseller hosting. Very attractively priced - but totally useless in 2021. With ALL hosting, competent & fast support is what matters the most in keeping things working. Vs. what ESM has=> Unresponsive support that is not even capable of helping with simple matters and is definitely staffed via outsourcing with folks who are not native english speakers & thus cannot even grasp what has been asked of them. Then they make things worse by having a good refund policy - but severely delaying making the refund AND subtracting both of their PP transaction fees from the total amount refunded. Zero redeeming features after all the uselessness & hassles. They may have been great years back - but not anymore in 2021.
